Q: If it’s raining will I get wet?
A: No, we’ll keep you dry as a bone. The clothing we provide you is enough to stay warm and dry whatever the weather. For more details see the clothing page.

Q: Can I wear my regular clothes?
A: Yes, you can dress as you would normally. Wear whatever you would to stay comfortable if standing outside for 5 minutes at the time you are travelling. For more details see the clothing page.

Q: How much luggage can I take with me?
A: We can carry quite a lot on the bikes both on the rear luggage rack and in the panniers. For more details see the luggage page.

Q: Will my luggage get wet if it’s raining?
A: No, we carry waterproof covers for items strapped to the luggage rack. For more details see the luggage page.

Q: Do you have the proper insurance to carry me?

A: Our normal trading hours are Monday to Friday 07:00 to 19:00.

Q: How can I pay for my journey?
A: We take all major credit and debit cards, American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Delta or open an account with us. For more details see the payment page.

Q: Can I talk to the rider while the bike is moving?
A: Yes, all our bikes are fitted with an intercom system. For more details see the intercom/phone page.
