The ‘Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1988’ requires all companies offering chauffeur driven vehicles in London to obtain a licence from the Public Carriage Office (PCO).
Prior to the issue of our PHV operator licence, the PCO visited our offices and inspected all Company, Vehicle, Driver and Insurance details.
The PCO states that, ‘the purpose of the regulation is to give Londoners confidence, when they use a licensed PHV operator, that they are dealing with an honest, professional organisation with reliable drivers and safe vehicles’.
